Mario Cohn

Mario has been dedicated to serving Latin American clients, managing both corporate and private cross-border transactions and structuring. He began his career as a Tax Consultant in Germany with a global leader in Assurance, Tax, Transaction, and Advisory services. In 2011, Mario transitioned to a Corporate and Fiduciary service provider in Luxembourg and Zürich, and in 2016, he then joined another international provider in Geneva as Director for Latin America, later assuming in 2019 the role of Managing Director for Switzerland, overseeing all local offices.

Mario joined Magnolia Private Office as Managing Director bringing extensive experience in managing companies and establishing international corporate and private structures, collaborating closely with legal and tax advisers. Fluent in Spanish, English, German, French, and Portuguese, Mario is a Spanish-qualified lawyer and a member of the Spanish Bar, holding two Master’s degrees in Law and Foreign Trade Law.
